Author: Danielle Biechner, L.Ac, LMT ~ Immune System
I know we are tired of all things COVID-19, however I recommend keeping a few preventative practices in place as well as a stocked home medicine cabinet for yourself and your kids. Everything listed below is recommended to strengthen and protect your immune system from COVID-19 as well as seasonal colds and flus. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, I would start most of this protocol every late September/early October to prep my body for cold and flu season.
I do not recommend buying your supplements at Costco, Walgreens, or the supermarket. It is important to always use high quality products from reputable companies to ensure there are no fillers, artificial ingredients, or common allergens. I can place herbal and supplement orders for you and have everything drop shipped directly to your home or post office. If you ever have any questions on products you are currently using, please don’t hesitate to ask.
The following list and information is compiled from my own education and self study, colleagues and teachers, and directly from the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance Prevention & Treatment Protocols for COVID-19 (FLCCC)
